This measure is stipulated by Presidential Resolution No. 48 of the Republic of Uzbekistan, “On additional measures to further improve the system of managing multi-apartment buildings.”
In accordance with the Resolution, particular emphasis will be placed on improving the environmental situation and establishing green areas around apartment buildings. Specifically, all trees and shrubs located in the adjacent territories of apartment buildings will be inventoried by management organizations, and the relevant information will be recorded in the “Mening uyim” information billing system.
In addition, the document provides for measures aimed at digitalization and ensuring transparency in financial settlements, proper maintenance of apartment building infrastructure, as well as further enhancement of public administration in the housing management sector.
