State inspectors of the Uzbek district office of the Department of Ecology of the Ferghana region conducted monitoring of the condition of planted trees within the framework of the national project "Yashil Makon" on the territory of vocational school No. 1, located in the mahalla "Bogieram".
During the monitoring, the fact of the drying of juniper trees was established as a result of the neglect of the official duties of the responsible person and the malfunction of irrigation systems.
According to this fact, an administrative protocol has been drawn up against the official appointed to take care of trees in accordance with Part 3 of Article 79 of the Administrative Code. The violator was fined 10 BCV – 3 million 400 thousand sums.
Also, during the monitoring, explanatory work was carried out with officials and managers, and appropriate instructions were given.
