The National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change continues its inspection and enforcement рейд activities aimed at preventing violations, carried out by the Aydar–Arnasay Lake System Control Department of the State Environmental Control Inspectorate.

In particular, during January 2026, 29 violations were identified, for which fines totaling 152,983,000 sums were imposed.
For reference: The Control Department for the Aydar–Arnasay Lake System was established in 2022, and environmental inspection raids are conducted on this territory around the clock. As a result, more than 500 raids were carried out over the past year, during which 425 individuals were found to have violated the requirements of environmental legislation. Administrative fines totaling 1,724,000,000 sums were imposed on them and environmental damage amounting to 50,800,000 sums was assessed and fully recovered.
