On June 3, an event dedicated to World Environment Day will be held in the Syrdarya region. The organizers are the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change, the National Association of Electronic Media of Uzbekistan, the Committee on Tourism, and the Khokimiyat of the Syrdarya region.
The event will include such events as "We are against Waste" plogging in the "Buston" mahalla of Gulistan, a gastronomic festival, an exhibition of young artists in the city recreation park, and equestrian and ethno-sports games in the "Karopchi" mahalla of the Boyovutsky district.
In addition, a festival of folk crafts and national melodies will be held in front of the Syrdarya Musical Drama Theater in Gulistan. At the end of the event, a concert program will be held with participants of the "X-Factor" project.
