What Is the Procedure for Obtaining an Eco Sticker?

The system will be introduced nationwide in stages: in 2025–2027 in Tashkent (Phase I); in 2028–2030 in Nukus and regional centers; and in 2031–2034 across all regions of the country.
How to Obtain an Eco Sticker:
1.Visit the my.gov.uz portal or open the my.gov.uz (https://my.gov.uz/)mobile application.
2.Enter “Eco Sticker” in the search bar, or under the Transport section select the service "Submission of an Application for an Eco Sticker for a Motor Vehicle".
3.Confirm your application and upload the vehicle’s technical documentation.
Eco stickers are issued free of charge, provided within 10 days and have no expiration date.
How Are Environmental Categories Determined?
A) Petrol / Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) / Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)
– Euro 2 and above → clean
– Euro 0 or Euro 1 → moderate
B) Diesel
– Euro 4 and above → clean
– Euro 3 → moderate
– Euro 0 / Euro 1 / Euro 2 → polluting
C) Hybrid / alternative fuel vehicles (excluding CNG/LPG) that are no more than three years old
– automatically classified as clean.
Eco stickers help reduce pollutant emissions from motor vehicles. As a result, air quality improves, environmental sustainability is strengthened and positive outcomes are achieved in the field of public health protection.
