Night Inspections: Environmental Compliance Measures Reinforced in Greenhouses

Raid activities aimed at preventing atmospheric air pollution are continuing under the supervision of a special commission.
During the latest night raid, 14 greenhouses located in the Zangiata District of the Tashkent Region were inspected. The inspection revealed that in a greenhouse owned by citizen H.K., located in the “Ramadan” mahalla, the installed filtration system was found to be non-operational. Based on this violation, an administrative protocol was drawn up in accordance with Article 95 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. The identified deficiencies were eliminated on site.
In addition, the working group provided greenhouse owners with explanations and guidance on the need to comply with environmental protection requirements and to ensure the rational use of natural resources in the course of their operations.
