During the raid in the mahalla "Navabad", the fact of damage to trees by citizen M.I. was established with the help of equipment, which tried to clear the territory of the site to create a recreation area. As a result, nature suffered damage worth 6 million 120 thousand sums.

In this regard, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender by Part 1 of Article 79 of the AC, and a fine of 25 BCV – 8 million 500 thousand sums was imposed. In total, M.I. will have to pay 14,620,000 sums.

Also, for violating the regime of the protected area of the Charvak reservoir, an administrative protocol was drawn up for the violator under Article 82 of the AC, and a fine of 10 BCV – 3,400,000 sums was imposed.
