During the raid in the mahalla of "A. Kodiriy" of Almalyk district, the fact of illegal hunting by citizens using a hunting rifle was established. As a result of the investigation, it turned out that they do not have special hunting permits.
An administrative protocol has been drawn up on this fact concerning two offenders based on Part 1 of Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. Each violator was fined 10 BCV – 3 million, 400 thousand sums.
For information: for violation of hunting rules, citizens are fined in the amount of 10-15 BCV (3 400 000 – 5 100 000 sum), and officials in the amount of 15-20 BCV (5 100 000 – 6 800 000 sum). In the case of a repeat offense within a year after the application of an administrative penalty, weapons and items used to commit it will be confiscated, and citizens will be fined in the amount of 15-20 BCV (5 100 000 – 6 800 000 sum), and officials for 20-30 years (6 800 000 – 10 200 000 sum).
If this offense is committed for the third time within a year, the weapons and items used to commit it will be confiscated, and citizens will be fined 20-25 BCV (6 800 000 – 8 500 000 sum), officials in the amount of 30-40 BCV (10 200 000 – 13 600 000 sum), or deprived of the right to hunt for up to three years.
