The investigation established that the area referenced in the report is an open water body flowing through the territory of the “Bakht” mahalla (Sayid Ovul) in Urta Chirchik District of Tashkent Region. In connection with this incident, daytime and nighttime enforcement raids are currently being carried out.

As part of the control measures, a citizen identified as T.L., born in 1994 and residing in the G. Gulyam Mahalla of Urta Chirchik District, was detained while discharging wastewater generated at his household into the указанную area using a motor vehicle. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender under Part 1 of Article 72 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility, and a fine of 2,060,000 sums was imposed.

In addition, the offender’s vehicle has been temporarily placed in the impound lot of Urta Chirchik District.
