National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. The packaging must be organically based, biodegradable, and have the properties to break down into small oxidized particles that biodegrade under the influence of oxygen, air, and ultraviolet radiation.
2. The contents of the package must consist of the following raw materials:
a) corn starch (at least 35 percent);
b) adipic acid;
c) Dimethyl terephthalate;
d) calcium carbonate;
d) titanium dioxide;
e) butane alcohol 1,4.
3. By Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers-43 dated January 30, 2021, "On approval of lists of conformity assessment objects in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the conformity of which is subject to confirmation" and Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers-75 dated February 16, 2021. "On measures to further improve the procedure for importing and exporting environmentally hazardous products and waste from the Republic of Uzbekistan", garbage packaging must have an environmental certificate and a certificate of conformity from the technical regulatory authority of Uzbekistan.
4. Packaging samples must have a conclusion confirming the contents of the bio-packaging issued by a laboratory accredited in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Samples of packages offered by sellers can be purchased after conducting appropriate checks and comparisons for compliance with the above requirements.
5. The packages will be used to sort the garbage.
6. Each of the packages must be assembled into a compact form, glued together in a row, and made in the form of a rolled roll.
7. Package color:
— transparent, colorless;
— black;
– brown.
8. Capacity, dimensions, load capacity, and thickness of packages:
brown: width — 55 cm, height — 65 cm, capacity — 20-25 liters, and thickness of 40 microns — 60 thousand pieces;
transparent and colorless:
width - 60 cm, height - 90 cm, capacity - 40-45 liters, thickness 60 microns - 30 thousand pieces;
width - 55 cm, height - 65 cm, capacity - 20-25 liters, thickness - 40 microns – 30 thousand pieces;
black color:
width - 60 cm, height - 90 cm, capacity - 40-45 liters, thickness - 60 microns - 30 thousand pieces;
width - 55 cm, height - 65 cm, capacity - 20-25 liters, thickness - 40 microns - 30 thousand pieces.
9. The packaging design should be as shown in the picture below.
