Poacher who illegally hunted goldfinches to stand trial

The Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Tashkent region conducted another inspection raid.
During the raid in the mountainous area of the Kyziltosh settlement in the Parkent district, it was established that citizen R.A. had illegally captured eight Eurasian goldfinches using nets.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender under Part 4, Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. The collected materials have been submitted to the Parkent District Criminal Court for a lawful decision.
It should be recalled that November has been declared the Month of Combating Poaching in Uzbekistan. During this period, measures to prevent illegal hunting are being intensified, along with active awareness-raising and educational efforts in this area.
