Absence of filters detected in several greenhouses in Tashkent region

A joint working group comprising representatives of the General Prosecutor’s Office and the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change is currently conducting night inspections of greenhouse operations in the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region.
During the inspections, violations related to the emission of harmful substances into the environment were identified. In particular, it was found that the boiler houses of greenhouses located in the “Hasanboy Guzari” mahalla of Tashkent district and the “Parvoz” mahalla of Kibray district were operating without filters.
Administrative protocols have been drawn up against the greenhouse owners in accordance with the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
Inspections are ongoing.
