The Ministry of Mining and Geology of Uzbekistan carries out a number of works aimed at achieving gender equality, which is an important part of the national strategy to improve the status of women in the country and create equal opportunities for all.

Recently, there has been an increase in the number of women receiving education in the field of geology. The seminar addressed issues of gender budgeting.
