A press tour to the new building of the State Institution ‘Museum of Geology’ was organised

On the eve of the professional holiday Geologist's Day on 4 April this year for media workers and journalists was organised a press tour to the State Institution ‘Museum of Geology’.
It was noted that the museum continues its activity in a new building, the symbolic ribbon was cut by representatives of the leadership of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology, as well as the University of Geological Sciences. Then began excursions for students and workers of the sphere.
During the event, the participants of the press tour familiarised themselves with the new museum building and exhibits. They were provided with information about the museum itself, its history, its importance in education and scientific activity, about mining ores and minerals, as well as reference collections of existing and active deposits in our republic.
