Prospects for Cooperation with the Eurasian Development Bank Discussed

A meeting was held at the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology between First Deputy Minister Feruza Khamidova and a delegation of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), headed by Alexey Skatin, Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board.
During the meeting, the parties discussed expanding investment cooperation, attracting financing, and implementing promising projects in Uzbekistan’s mining and metallurgical sectors.
EDB representatives expressed interest in financing economically viable projects and their readiness to consider proposals from the Uzbek side. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue their dialogue and explore potential areas of cooperation.
