Uzbekistan Delegation Takes Part in the 29th Session of the CIS Intergovernmental Council

The meeting was attended by a delegation of Uzbekistan headed by Nafisa Dulabova, Head of the Department of Regional and Ore Geology of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology.
During the session, a report was presented on the work carried out under the Intergovernmental Council’s Prospective Plan for 2023–2030.
Representatives of Uzbekistan also delivered presentations on the results of ongoing work in the country in the areas of geological research, the development of digital geological maps, and the establishment of a unified national geological database.
The participants exchanged experience on current areas of geological exploration, digitalisation of the sector, and the development of information exchange between the geological services of the CIS member states.
