Training Seminar Organised for Ministry Employees

A training seminar was held at the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology as part of the “Civil Service Based on National Values” project implemented by the Republican Centre for Spirituality and Enlightenment.
The event was aimed at strengthening civil servants’ respect for and commitment to national and universal values, enhancing management culture, and developing professional and personal skills.
The seminar was attended by B. Togaev, Head of the Project Office of the Republican Centre for Spirituality and Enlightenment; Z. Akbarkulova, an officer of the Project Office; and L. Inagamova, Associate Professor at the Academy of Public Administration.
The programme included lectures and practical sessions on management psychology, effective stress management, and the role of spiritual values in modern civil service.
