An international scientific and practical conference was held at the Center of Islamic Civilization in Tashkent as part of the Friendship Festival. The event focused on strengthening interethnic harmony, promoting people's diplomacy, and expanding cooperation with compatriots living abroad.
The conference was attended by Z. Akhmedova, Adviser to the Minister of Mining Industry and Geology and Executive Director of the Uzbekistan–Canada Friendship Society under the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology. The Society is engaged in promoting friendly relations, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, and public dialogue between Uzbekistan and Canada.
