Prospects for Cooperation with a Singaporean Company Discussed

On 29 July 2026, First Deputy Minister of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan F. Khamidova held a meeting with a delegation of Indorama Corporation Pte. Ltd. of Singapore.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the exploration, mining and processing of mineral resources, as well as issues related to securing a raw material base for the production of mineral fertilizers.
The First Deputy Minister reaffirmed the Ministry's readiness to develop mutually beneficial cooperation and informed the delegation about the opportunity for the company to participate in auctions for obtaining subsoil use rights to prospective mineral areas.
