Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The programme brought together responsible officials of the Ministry, as well as heads of the women's organisations of AMMC and NMMC. Participants explored European experience in promoting gender equality, supporting women's entrepreneurship, advancing financial inclusion, developing leadership skills, and training managerial personnel. They also visited government institutions, educational establishments, and industry organisations in the Czech Republic to learn about their activities and best practices.

The delegation also visited the European Parliament Liaison Office in Prague, where participants were introduced to the history of the European Union, its institutional structure, key areas of activity, mechanisms of cooperation among Member States, the processes of economic and political integration, and the principles of democratic governance.

Particular attention throughout the programme was given to developing leadership and digital skills, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, and applying advanced international practices in the activities of mining industry enterprises. Upon completion of the programme, participants were awarded internationally recognised certificates.
