Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The discussions cover the preparation of a joint Action Plan in the mining and geological sectors, the implementation of joint projects for the exploration and development of mineral deposits, as well as the exchange of advanced geological exploration technologies.

Particular attention is being paid to studying the Kyrgyz Republic’s experience in the rational use, protection, and monitoring of groundwater resources. The parties are also considering the application of modern digital technologies and artificial intelligence in hydrogeological modelling, analysis, and forecasting.

Following the meetings, the parties reaffirmed their mutual interest in further strengthening cooperation and implementing joint projects in the fields of geology and the sustainable use of natural resources.
