Ministry Leadership Meets with Young Professionals of AMMC

On 9 July, the leadership of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting with young professionals of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex (AMMC). The event was attended by First Deputy Minister F. Khamidova, the company's management, and heads of its structural divisions.
During the open dialogue, the young specialists presented projects and proposals aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing production processes, and introducing innovative solutions. Each initiative received practical recommendations for further refinement and potential implementation in production.
F. Khamidova emphasized that supporting proactive young professionals and creating favourable conditions for the implementation of promising ideas are essential elements of the mining industry's development. She noted that the initiatives proposed by young specialists can make a significant contribution to improving the efficiency of enterprises and introducing modern technologies.
