Meeting Held with the Delegation of Marubeni Corporation

First Deputy Minister of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan F. Khamidova held a meeting with a delegation from the Japanese company Marubeni Corporation, headed by Narita Teppei, General Manager of the Nuclear Fuel Department.
During the meeting, the participants were introduced to Marubeni Corporation’s key areas of activity and the projects the company has implemented in Uzbekistan. The delegation expressed interest in expanding cooperation with enterprises in the mining sector.
The parties discussed the prospects for introducing digital solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of production processes and exchanged views on the application of modern technologies in the mining industry.
