Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan

During the open dialogue, participants exchanged views on the ongoing introduction of artificial intelligence technologies at enterprises across the sector, the creation of favourable conditions for young professionals in mining and geology, the enhancement of their scientific and practical skills, youth support initiatives, and the training of specialists who meet international standards.

The Minister also highlighted the sector's priority objectives and encouraged young people to take initiative, confidently put forward their own ideas and proposals, and persistently turn them into reality.

The young participants shared their proposals and perspectives on issues of interest and discussed a range of topical matters with the Minister.

At the conclusion of the event, a group of young participants received commemorative gifts from the Ministry. It was noted that such events contribute to supporting young people, unlocking their potential, and fostering their meaningful contribution to the development of the sector.
