As part of the forum, Svetlana Khapova, Professor at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a specialist in organisational behaviour and leadership, delivered lectures focused on modern leadership, cultures of openness within organisations, psychological aspects of decision-making, and innovative approaches to management.

The sessions also addressed issues related to the “culture of silence” in organisations, hidden risks, the development of psychologically safe environments within teams, and mechanisms for supporting innovation. Particular attention was given to international experience and contemporary approaches to management and leadership.

The forum also provided participants with opportunities for networking, exchange of experience, and engagement with international experts.
