On 12 May this year, Minister of Mining Industry and Geology B. Islomov and First Deputy Minister F. Hamidova, together with heads of relevant departments, held a meeting with a delegation led by Lindsey Lomas, Vice President for the Asian Region at SLB.
The parties exchanged views on the current cooperation with SLB, initiatives aimed at developing professional competencies within the system of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology, as well as a number of projects planned for future implementation.
The meeting also included discussions on cooperation in the field of industry digitalisation and the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies.
