A meeting with representatives of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation took place at the State Institution “Uzbekhydrogeology.” The meeting was attended by the Head of Department of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology, as well as representatives of the State Institutions “Uzbekhydrogeology,” “GIDROINGEO Institute,” and the SDC project (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation).
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on further participation in Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation grant projects, the protection and monitoring of groundwater, and the assessment of transboundary groundwater resources in cooperation with the Republic of Tajikistan.
