Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan

During the seminar, modern approaches to the development of professional competencies of specialists were presented, along with international experience in establishing systems of continuous learning and personnel training. Particular attention was given to the NExT SLB educational platform, which provides comprehensive training programmes, practical sessions and digital learning formats for specialists in the energy and mining sectors.

It was also noted that, within the framework of cooperation, a pilot project had previously been implemented to assess the professional competencies of the technical team of Uzbekgeofizika JSC. As part of the project, a comprehensive assessment of the specialists’ existing skills and their compliance with modern industry requirements was carried out.
