A seminar held on “The Concept of Environmental Culture and its Social Necessity”

During the event, it was noted that, in accordance with Presidential Resolution No. PP-184 of 15 May 2025 “On the approval of the Concept for Enhancing the Environmental Culture of the Population for the period up to 2030”, a number of activities are being carried out. The Ministry continues to organise training seminars and actively promotes responsible and respectful attitudes towards the environment and nature through its official platforms.
Professor D. Yodgorova of the Department of Ecology at the National University of Uzbekistan delivered a presentation covering such topical issues as environmental culture, proposals for addressing global challenges associated with climate change, and the integration of eco-culture into the education system.
During the seminar, the expert answered questions from participants. In addition, staff members of the Ministry who have made a meaningful contribution to improving the environmental situation throughout the year were presented with commemorative gifts and letters of appreciation.
