Ministers of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan discuss prospects for cooperation in the mining industry and geology

A meeting was held between the Minister of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. Islamov and the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan E. Nagaspaev.
During the meeting, the current state of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in the mining industry and geology, the exchange of experience, prospects for the implementation of joint projects, opportunities for expanding partnership and deepening interaction across several priority areas were discussed.
The parties expressed their readiness to further develop constructive dialogue and emphasised the importance of strengthening mutually beneficial ties aimed at increasing the effectiveness of cooperation between the agencies of the two countries.
