The centre was established on the basis of a joint resolution signed in 2024. Its main objective is to conduct real-time monitoring of the targeted and efficient use of budgetary funds, as well as the completeness of revenues. Oversight is carried out through digital tools such as Masofaviy audit, Davlat auditi, and the UzASBO system, which monitor staff structures, payroll, income, and expenditures of institutions within the system.
The centre employs two auditors holding national internal audit certificates, as well as the head of the internal anti-corruption control department.
A. Allaberganov instructed that risks identified via the Situational Centre be thoroughly analysed and that proposals be submitted to the Accounts Chamber to incorporate shortcomings discovered during internal audits and other oversight measures as risk indicators within the Remote Audit system.
