The 2nd stage of the Ingichka plant was launched in Samarkand region

The opening of the plant was attended by the management of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine, Uzbek Technological Metals Combine, officials of Samarkand Region Hokimiyat and representatives of the public.
Speakers at the event noted that this plant is of great importance in the development of Kattakurgan city and welfare of the local population.
The symbolic ribbon was cut, the factory officially started its work and the production process was launched.
The factory was built on the basis of unused buildings of the former Ingichka Experimental Technological Expedition. In total, 43 new technological equipment of 9 types were installed at the plant, construction of chemical and analytical laboratory, enrichment pilot shop, and outbuildings was completed. As a result of the project launch, 120 new jobs were created.
In 2022, the first stage of this project was launched, 82 new jobs were created with the production of 100 tons of tungsten concentrate per year.
