Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Within the framework of the summit, products of NMMC JSC, AMMC JSC and UzTMC JSC, manufactured using environmentally friendly technologies and meeting the requirements of the “green” economy, were presented at the exhibition.

It was noted that ESG principles are being consistently implemented at the enterprises, aimed at ensuring sustainable development and strengthening environmental responsibility. In particular, projects on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, transitioning to renewable energy sources, and introducing closed-loop water circulation systems were presented.

The exhibition materials demonstrated that practical measures are being consistently implemented in Uzbekistan’s mining sector to ensure a balance between economic development and environmental protection.
