The Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology, along with its subordinate enterprises, received high ratings in the “Openness Index – 2025”

The results of the “Openness Index” for 2025 have been published. This year, the assessment covered the activities of 97 ministries, agencies, institutions, and local government bodies. The evaluation process was conducted based on 8 indicators comprising 84 criteria.
According to the final results, the performance of 66 government bodies was rated as “green,” 22 as “yellow,” and 9 as “red.”
The Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology has been steadily improving its performance in the Openness Index: from 71.7 points in 2023 to 80.6 points in 2024, reaching 86.6 points in 2025. As a result, the Ministry ranked among the top 11 ministries in the overall rating.
Among the Ministry’s subordinate enterprises, NMMC JSC ranked 1st overall with 94.4 points, AMMC JSC ranked 4th with 93.3 points, and Uzmetkombinat JSC (80.5 points) also achieved a “green” performance rating.
