To this end, comprehensive assessment activities were organised to determine managerial potential, leadership qualities and competencies that meet the modern requirements of public administration.
The assessment process was carried out in two stages. At the executive assessment centre, testing and diagnostic procedures were conducted, and a business training programme based on scenario-driven analytical exercises was organised.
During the activities, executive tests, methods for assessing personal and professional competencies, situational exercises reflecting complex working conditions, as well as EEG diagnostics were applied. Based on the results, individual professional and career-development plans will be prepared for each participant.
The business training was delivered by R. Turakhodjaeva, a lecturer at the Academy of Public Policy and Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. These activities are of significant importance for enhancing the effectiveness of public administration, ensuring the systematic development of human capital and forming a modern corps of leaders.
