Delegation from the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan Participates in the OECD Forum "Eurasia Week — 2026"

From 2 to 4 February of the current year, the forum "Eurasia Week — 2026" is being held in Paris (France), organised by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). A delegation comprising representatives of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan and JSC "UzTMK" is participating in the event.
On the first day of the forum, during a panel session dedicated to the topic “Industrial Minerals Development Policy for Sustainable Growth”, First Deputy Minister F. Khamidova delivered a presentation on managing environmental risks in the field of critical minerals and on gender equality policy.
In addition, a series of meetings with representatives of international organisations and companies is scheduled to take place as part of the event.
