If individuals with disabilities account for at least 25% of the total number of employees, and at least 4 of these employees have been with the organization for more than six months, but the payroll for individuals with disabilities does not amount to at least 25% of the total payroll, then such legal entities are automatically excluded from the Register. Individual entrepreneurs with disabilities who have been operating for less than six months are also not included in the Register.
