Eliminating Bureaucracy – 2030
Eliminating Bureaucracy – 2030: Towards Modern and Citizen-Centred Public Services
The Republic of Uzbekistan is consistently implementing reforms aimed at improving public administration, reducing unnecessary bureaucratic procedures, and making public services more accessible, transparent, and convenient for citizens.
The Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan is also actively contributing to these efforts by introducing digital technologies, simplifying service delivery processes, and reducing administrative procedures that require excessive time and resources from citizens and businesses.
In particular, the Ministry is:
-
gradually expanding the range of public services available in electronic format;
-
increasing opportunities to access services remotely through my.gov.uz, the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services (SPIPS), and the Ministry’s information systems;
-
widely introducing digital solutions for employment contracts, job placement, and employment services;
-
improving interagency electronic data exchange mechanisms to eliminate the repeated collection of information already available in government databases;
-
simplifying the procedures for handling applications and appeals from individuals and legal entities while ensuring continuous monitoring of their implementation.
In addition, to ensure openness and transparency, the Ministry regularly publishes information on newly adopted legal acts, public services, ongoing reforms, and their outcomes on its official website and social media platforms.
The Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan will continue its systematic efforts under the “Eliminating Bureaucracy – 2030” initiative to further simplify public administration, improve the quality of services provided to citizens and businesses, and build a modern, transparent, and efficient system of governance.
