By the end of the year, plans call for teaching German to 500 young people and sending them for paid internships in Germany. The head of state spoke with a group of young people about to leave for their internships.
“All our efforts are aimed at helping you acquire a profession. If you have a profession, you will never be in want. If you master knowledge and a trade thoroughly, you will find your place wherever you are. Today you are being given such an opportunity. If you use it wisely, you will lay the foundation for a prosperous life for yourselves, your children, and your grandchildren. So do not let a single minute go to waste,” the President said.
The conversation also stressed the need to teach professions and languages from school age. The “City of Professions” was established for this purpose: to identify schoolchildren’s interests and abilities early and guide them toward a profession.
