Issues of Legality and Transparency in the Activities of the State Labor Inspectorate Discussed

A seminar on "Ensuring Legality and Transparency in the Activities of the State Labor Inspectorate: Preventing Corruption Risks during Oversight Activities and Protecting the Rights of Business Entities" was held at the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction.
The event, attended by representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Anti-Corruption Agency, the Business Ombudsman's Office, and ministry officials, focused on the State Labor Inspectorate conducting oversight activities in accordance with legal requirements, preventing officials from exceeding their authority, and identifying and eliminating corruption risks.
Issues related to the anti-corruption compliance monitoring system in inspectors' work, professional ethics, and the protection of entrepreneurs' rights were also discussed. During the open dialogue, questions were raised and proposals and recommendations were made regarding ensuring legality, transparency, and impartiality.
