You are undergoing professional practice or an internship. Is your work paid in this case?
Under Article 372 of the Labor Code, if you have been hired for a vacant position at an organization based on a curriculum and are gaining professional experience there, this is considered a paid internship or traineeship.
In this case:
🔹 a fixed-term employment contract is concluded;
🔹 a supervisor is assigned to you;
🔹 wages are paid for the work performed.
If you have not been hired for a vacant position and no employment contract has been concluded, the internship may be unpaid.
