In line with a corresponding assignment from the Cabinet of Ministers, practical internships are being organized at ministries and agencies for local executive authority staff responsible for records management, handling public appeals, and enforcement discipline.
In this regard, responsible staff from the Navoiy regional administration, as well as district and city administrations, are undergoing a practical internship at the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction.
During the internship, participants studied best practices in:
☑️ effective organization of records management;
☑️ handling appeals from individuals and legal entities;
☑️ ensuring the implementation of legislative acts and assignments;
☑️ processing documents according to established procedure;
☑️ archival record-keeping.
Going forward, such practical training is planned to be organized on a regular basis, with effective working methods to be widely introduced across the regions.
