Rest time is a period during which an employee is released from performing work duties and may use it at their own discretion.

Rest time is divided into the following types:

🔹 breaks during the working day (shift);
🔹 daily rest (between shifts);
🔹 weekly uninterrupted rest days;
🔹 non-working public holidays;
🔹 annual basic and additional labor leave;
🔹 additional days of rest granted as compensation for working on a day off or a non-working public holiday at the employee's request, as well as days of rest granted to donors for donating blood or its components.
