However, reasonable distinctions based on the specific requirements of a job, or special protection measures for persons in need of it (minors, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, and others), are not considered discrimination.

If a person believes they have been subjected to discrimination, they may file a complaint through the established procedure and seek compensation for damages through the courts.
