Forum "Transformation of Uzbekistan's Labor Market: New Trends, Key Changes and Innovative HR"

Organized jointly by the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment and the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this forum will feature an artificial intelligence (hologram) presentation, along with panel sessions on the following topics:
🔹 Innovative HR management;
🔹 New trends in the labor market;
🔹 Commentary on the Labor Code;
🔹 A new approach in the operations of commercial banks;
🔹 Open dialogue on labor relations, social guarantees, and other pressing issues;
✔️ In addition, a job fair will be held, where more than 30 commercial banks will offer nearly 1,000 vacant positions.
The forum will bring together representatives of government agencies, international organizations, the private sector, commercial banks, the HR community, recruiting companies, and leading experts in the field of labor relations.
