It is noted that today one of the priority directions of the plant's transformation is the widespread introduction of digitalization into production and management processes. With the participation of representatives of the international consulting company Boston Consulting Group (BSG), the NMMC JSC Digital Transformation Program consisting of 12 directions is being implemented.
Over the past three years, the specialists of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies have developed more than 20 information systems that perform about 200 production and management tasks.
According to the speakers, many information systems will be improved at the plant (enterprise resource management (ERP), transport management), 4 new information systems will be introduced (HCM personnel management, BI procurement management business analysis system, project management system, digitalization of ecology and environmental protection (ESG).
