Fieldwork Continues in the Agiin Shori Area

As part of the Kungirat Project, seismic surveys using the explosive method are ongoing in the Agiin Shori area. In order to assess the progress of the fieldwork and the conditions provided for staff, a standing commission of the Ustyurt Geophysical Expedition branch of Uzbekgeofizika JSC conducted an on-site inspection of the activities of the 2nd seismic survey crew.
During the inspection, the commission thoroughly examined the progress of field operations in the geologically complex Agiin Shori area, working and living conditions for personnel, the results of preliminary surveys, the quality of the seismic data obtained, as well as compliance with industrial safety and occupational health regulations.
Following the assessment, the commission issued relevant recommendations regarding the activities being carried out under the State Programme.
