In order to inform the employees of JSC ‘AMMC’ about the content and meaning of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On Conflict of Interest’ and the Decree of the President PP-210 a seminar was held.
Responsible employees of the executive office and subdivisions of JSC ‘AMMC’ took part in the event.
The head of the internal anti-corruption control department of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology Sh. Sagdullaev with the help of presentation materials provided information on the concept and types of conflict of interest, on the restrictions imposed on an employee of a state organisation in order to prevent conflict of interest, as well as on the powers of the Ethics Commission and state bodies in the field of regulation of relations related to conflict of interest.
