Young specialists of ‘Institute of HYDROINGEO’ undergo internship in Finland

Within the framework of the project of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology and the Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) young specialists of the state institution ‘Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology’ of the Geological Sciences University from 1 to 7 September take part in the internship on the topic ‘Digitisation of hydrogeological maps’ in Espoo (Finland).
Employees of the Institute improve their knowledge and skills in working with geodata repositories, advanced interpolation methods in ArcGIS and Groundhog software, application of artificial intelligence in digitisation, solving problems related to ArcGIS Pro software and its capabilities, digitisation or topology of databases.
