A court verdict was read out against a citizen who was engaged in unauthorised extraction of minerals without proper permission in violation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Subsoil".
According to the verdict, the offender was ordered to recover material damage of 2 billion 814 million soums in favour of the state, and the instrument of crime was confiscated.
